Responded as mutual aid with a full assignment response. Arriving units found an unattached barn about half involved with fire. The fire quickly spread throughout the rest of the structure forcing an exterior attack. Over 20 firefighters from Yantic joined dozens of others from Bozrah, Salem, the Mohegan Sun Tribal department, and other local tankers for water supply. It took well over 3 hours to bring the call under control and pick up hoses and other equipment.
